Enjoy Ayurvedic Cleansing in the Sanctuary of Your Home

The unique and nourishing quality of the Ayurvedic Cleansing Process involves three steps.

1. Increasing Metabolic Fire

through implementing a period of a simplified, nourishing diet and herbal formulations that cleanse the digestive tract and improve metabolic function. In Ayurveda we call this process deepana, the kindling of our internal digestive fire, and pachana, the burning of deep seated toxins in our tissues.

2. Cleansing

Depending on the individual’s therapeutic needs, a specific treatment or series of therapies are selected by you and your practitioner. This process can take anywhere from several days to multiple weeks for complete purgation of metabolic toxins.

3. Rejuvenation

After the process of preparation and cleansing is complete the body is in a state of suppleness, receptivity, and renewal. Here, the body has a tremendous and unique opportunity to build back better, stronger, healthier tissues through a regimen of nourishing herbal formulations and deep rest.
